Change and Issue Management System

The primary purpose of this system is to document and control all system development for both the Energy Risk VuePoint and Market Vuepoint systems.

Users are able to:

• Raise Change Requests to Add, Amend and Delete existing functionality
• Report software bugs and issues
• Assign each issues to users and track progress
• Generate reports and management information against a wide range of criteria

Access to this system is solely exclusive to VuePoint Solutions Ltd, its employees and customers.
